Each building such as the Astronaut Training Complex, Vehicle Assembly Building and Tracking Station can be upgraded separately (and destroyed and repaired too), unlocking new and exciting capabilities and bonuses to your space program. The update contains many new features and updates to previously existing systems which combined make for quite likely the largest update in the game’s three year history.
